OKTOBERFEST 5K RUN is an
urban 5K run/walk through the Financial District,
down the Slip,
across the Mayo Bridge, along the Floodwall, back over the Manchester
Bridge and returning through the Financial District.
All while making stops at local Breweries, Pubs and Restaurants. |

Proceeds
to benefit Gesang Verein Virginia Inc.,
a non-profit German heritage and song
club to fund cultural,
social, charitable events and college scholarships.
The
restaurants neither paid to participate nor advertise in this event.
